为了确保过滤介质切割精确且纱线没有打开，我们在工厂中使用热切割技术。

Cutting table

Our cutting table can be joined up to 3 meter width to cut up to 2.8 meter width of filter cloth

Sewing

Special thread is been using when we sew the filter cloth depends on our customer parameter to ensure the quality and the life time of the stitching

Edge Coating

Edge coating in filter cloth can be apply to prevent filtrate leakage from the cloth. with our special coating filter cloth pore will be closed and no filtrate pass through.

Air Permeability Test

PT Unggul Tekno Filter has the air permeability tester machine that will assist our customers in obtaining the correct air permeability of filter clothes to meet their needs. Feel Free to contact us if you need to doing air permeability test.
